Auto Jumble at Neil Garner's Open Day - Easter Saturday

Besides many of the attractions at the Neil Garner Open Day in the Cotswolds on Easter Saturday (070412) The Wiltshire TVR Car Club will be running an Auto Jumble for car parts for TVRs only on a 10% commission basis.

This is how it works. Sellers will label up their parts with:

1. Price
2. Description and
3. Mobile number - they can be contacted on the day.

The items will then be left next to the TVR Car Club regalia stand at their own risk. If a purchaser is interested in any item for sale they call the seller and request that they return to the stand.

If the item is purchased 10% of the selling price is handed to the club and the item is then removed by the new owner back to their car.

On arrival the seller will be asked to sign a disclaimer that the TVR Car Club does not accept any responsibility for sale lost or broken during the day and this will be required to collect any part whether sold or not.

The TVR Car Club will not take part in any discussion on the price/condition or take any responsibility if any item is damaged or lost during the day. Items will be displayed outside so if its raining they will get wet. Any items left at the end of the event will be disposed of.


So guys if you have any unwanted TVR bits and bobs and looking to sell on - here's a perfect chance to sell on - Hope this helps

This event sounds good, I know we are after some silicone induction hoses and a spider allow for our Cerb so hopefully someone will have one for sale there.

When and where is this happening in the Cotswold? Date and address please.

Ok, looks like I'll be bringing a set of springs/dampers from my 2004 Tamora. They're fitted with Eibach springs; green (DO 117) and white (DO 368). I bit the bullet and upgraded to Nitrons, so these could make useful spares for someone

Will be bringing Steve Heath's Griffiths bible, no use now with the T350. Mint condition.

If it will fit in my Sag i will be bringing along a standard rear T350 exhaust box, only been on my T350 from new for 6 months so in excellent condition.
Will make that extra effort to bring down if there is serious interest.

Chimeara Manifold heat shield
S series original indicators
Chimeara used, but still usable RHD Headlamp reflectors


Could bring:
S series (S3) rear trailing arms. 1 new (can't remember which side) and 2 used in need of a refurb.

Hi Paul

As you probably already know I won't be there on Saturday but my S2 will! I've got a load of S Series autojumble to get rid of so I've arranged to leave a pile of flyers there in my absence.

I don't think I've got anything quite as exotic as original front indicators though!

I have a set of 18" Anthracite Spiders if there is any interest, not sure if I would manage to fit them in the car though as they have tyres fitted, anyone ever managed this ?

You can get three wheels and tyres in the car and another one in the boot but the drivers saeat will need to be all the way forward.

I was thinking of bringing my spare spiders along as well but I think the kids want to coem so there is no room.
