Dear Sir or Madam,

We would like to invite you and your club to attend our first ever evo drive in at Donington race circuit this Saturday 3rd November. The meet will begin at 8am and end around 11am and is open to anyone free of charge.

We will have some great breakfast deals on and discounted tickets for entry to the Grand Prix Collection museum for £5 or attend the Brit car event for only £10, tickets can be bought on the day but if you would like to reserve some please reply to this email with your name and quantity and we can have these ready for you on the day.
