TVRCC Herts & Beds: Venue change & Meet dates for 2013

Hi folks

As agreed by vote and discussion at October's month's meet, we will be moving over to
to Shuttleworth (nr. Biggleswade) next year (2013) to have our monthly meets.

So, here is some additional information...

Meeting Dates

As some of the dates that we would usually use (the 3rd Sunday of the month)
conflict with event dates at Shuttleworth, I have worked with their events team
to come up with a list of dates for the entire year that we will use instead.

All of the dates are on Sunday and most of them are on the 3rd Sunday, but in
the busy months, they are swapped with other Sunday's during the month.

Anyway, here is the complete list of dates...

• Jan - 20th (3rd Sunday)
• Feb - 17th (3rd Sunday)
• Mar - 24th (4th Sunday)
• Apr - 21st (3rd Sunday)
• May - 26th (4th Sunday)
• Jun - 9th (2nd Sunday)
• Jul - 7th (1st Sunday)
• Aug - 25th (4th Sunday)
• Sep - 15th (3rd Sunday)
• Oct - 20th (3rd Sunday)
• Nov - 17th (3rd Sunday)
• Dec - 15th (3rd Sunday)

Membership of Shuttleworth

For those people who want to come to more than 3-4 meets during the year (which I think
is most of the regulars), Shuttleworth have asked if we can join as members at the cost of £25
a year.

You can join either online at http://www.svasweb.org or by ringing Shuttleworth directly.

Once you have your membership number, can you let me know so that I can add you to
the list I give to Shuttleworth?

so not only have I not mastered counting 3 Sundays in month, I now have the added complication of not counting to 3 in the summer.... might accidently make more meets next year then
