TVRCC Home counties: St. Peter's Church Car 14th June 2014
Discussion
Hi folks
I've started looking at events to add for 2014 and came across this one. It is not something
we have attended before, but have looked at in the past.
Please review the attached invite and see if you think it would be of interest and let me know.

If we get enough interested, then I'll add it to the calendar.
We have been invited as a club to attend, so as it is in a good cause and fairly local would be
good to attend.
Thanks!

Cool.
Right, I've contacted the show organisers and they have added us to their booking system.
They are very much looking forward to us attending and all for a good cause!
To register, all you need to do is go to the following website and put in your details. Just select
TVR as the car club. Its very simple to use.
http://www.stpeterscarshow.co.uk/booking
They also encourage people to load up a picture of the car you are showing, so they can
add it to the gallery

Bit of notes from the show...
...When you've arrived and settled the cars on your stand, each of your members must go to the Organisers' Tent to register, collect their tea/coffee wristband plus any other goodies being handed out, and if willing, to make their donation to the London Air Ambulance. This must be done individually, ie, it can't be done en-bloc as a club.
If anyone needs to leave before 4pm, please let me know - we ask exhibitors not to, but if it is necessary, we need to arrange for them to be escorted out by a marshall for obvious safety reasons....

Venue: Redden Court School, Cotswold Road, Harold Wood, Essex. RM3 0TS. Follow AA road signs along the A12 & A127 and then turn off the A127 into Squirrels Heath Road.
Arrival time: Exhibitors can arrive anytime between 7:30am & 9:30am. All cars must be in place by 9:30am and the gates will open to the public at 10am. Please try and arrive in good time, we have a good number of cars to get into the school in 2 hours and if everyone arrives at 9.00am there will be problems. We are starting the refreshments earlier this year and bacon rolls will be available at £1 each from 7:45am as well as free tea & coffee for car exhibitors (drivers only).
Entry for Car Exhibitors: Entry is free but we suggest a £3 donation per car to London’s Air Ambulance; you will get a free show guide, goodie bag and a wristband which entitles the driver to free tea & coffee all day.
Registration: Once you have parked up in either your club area or individual display area please head on over to the admin tent and register, this is where you will get you’re goodie bags and pay the entry donation. There will be two registration points, one for car clubs and one for individually booked cars.
