Hi folks

Now that we are starting to get into the TVR silly season, I'm starting to look at block booking events/displays etc. for the Herts & Beds region.

As such, I will be starting to post a number of these type of event requests over the next few weeks to see what numbers I need to look at booking or see if there is any interest in attending a particular event.

This post is concerning the Kimbolton Country Fayre being held at Kimbolton Castle on the 10th July, 2011.

The website with all the details for the event is located @
http://www.kimboltoncountryfayre.com/index.htm

What I just need at this point in time is a list of those people from the H&B region who are interested in attending this event.

If you are, please put you name below and I will use these to estimate how many seats we need.

I'm not sure of any number restrictions or special requirements for this event, so assume it is open to all for now until I have more information.

Many thanks, Alex

Hi folks

Right, I have 15 tickets for this which I will hopefully receive in the next few weeks.

So, if you have booked for this, please come and see me at the next meet, Croydon fair or Gaydon so that I can give them out to you.

Spare tickets are available on a first come, first served basis.

Thanks!

Alex

Just a reminder - I'm giving out tickets to this event on Sunday at our monthly meet.

So, if you have booked to come and want a ticket - pop over to see me.

Hi folks

Just a reminder, this event is coming up quick - 1 and 1/2 weeks to go now.

I still have a few tickets left if you want to join us and Cambs for the day.

And yes, I have my Tiv back in action now, so I will be able to attend in a proper
car biggrin

I'll do a route up this weekend, but basically, it will be the same routine as last year
once I find where that was again.

Thanks, A.

Hi folks

Please find enclosed a first cut of a run-in plan for the Kimbolton meet next Sunday (10th July) - yes, time flies when you are enjoying yourself - and when you are not as well, but that is another story LOL

I'll also try and send a copy out to everyone who said they were going, but if I miss you out for some reason, grab a copy from the thread below (accessible to TVRCC members only).

http://www.tvr-car-club.co.uk/forum/forum_posts.as...

Starting off at a reasonably civilized time for this one from Baldock Services as usual. We are then meeting up with our Cambs brethren in St Neots (as last year) and running in from there.

Let's hope the good weather continues into next weekend!

All the best, A.

Please also remember that entry into the event will cost £8 pounds even with the discounted ticket, so remember to bring some cash with you!!

In anyone else still wants to come, drop me a line and I'll send you the details. I still have some spare tickets.

Thanks!
