On the basis that many are not interested in the Royal Wedding (me especially)and would rather be in the TVR on what may be quiet roads (a lot will be stuck in front of the telly), is anyone up for a run. I'm in South Hants. Ideas welcome
There are millions of folks interested in the Roal Wedding (home and abroad), and I am one of them!I hope you enjoy your run out tho!
Cheers. BB.

Unfortunately my Local has a rather good and large beer festival on that is a non Royal event, any mention of the "W" word and you will be ask to leave.
So i will be quite drunk im sure
If anyone is interested, its The Cambridge Blue, Gwydir Street in Cambridge
Enjoy though, i know i will

I'd love to join you as I have zero interest in the wedding of a pair of randoms (to me that is). However, I'll be in DC over Easter so no can do, in a way the worst place for it as the Americans are a bit royal mad, hopefully I'll manage to avoid it all though.
And we've gone to the trouble of making sure you can watch it live on BBC America
I'm sure we'll find something better to do...

Hi Simon
I'm sure there will be plenty of other stuff to do though your new neighbours I'm guessing are all likely to be glued to their TVs etc.
Been informed by Tony (T66ORA) that there is already a TVR run of 80-100 miles from Wickham Square, just north of Fareham, ending up at Goodwood Flying Club. Seems like a good run, so will try to make that I think. Thought I'd let those who have responded to this thread know about it too

Thanks, Mike. I've had the same e-mail and it sounds like a good plan. Unfortunately I don't think I will be able to make it as the new wheels I have just fitted to my car have a manufacturing fault and I have sent them back. I can't even put the old wheels back on as the new wheels have gone off with tyres attached. They reckon its 24 hour return service but I will be surprised if I see them before Tuesday given the public hols.
I hope you guys have a good day and the weather is kind to you. Hopefully I will be able to join you another day.
Disappointed Phil.

Details here, we have opened it up to all TVR owners now. as a few of the regulars have dropped out.Having to many restricts progress
