Wall fixing Television Bracket

Hopefully someone may have an answer, my Son has a television that is wall mounted and he would like to know if is possible to buy another wall mounting bracket for his television which has the possibility to have shelves as part of it on which he can have his DVD & Sky Console, rather than having wires everywhere.
