Romance.

Unless you're referring to Arnie's acting ability, of course biggrin

The scene from The Third Man where Harry Lime tells Holly Martins:

'Don't be so gloomy. After all it's not that awful. Like the fella says, in Italy for 30 years under the Borgias they had warfare, terror, murder, and bloodshed, but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, and the Renaissance. In Switzerland they had brotherly love - they had 500 years of democracy and peace, and what did that produce? The cuckoo clock. So long Holly.'

Similarly, the finale in Thelma and Louise... This could be a very long thread!

From K. Branaugh's Henry V (1989): "Once more into the Breach!",etc.
And before the Battle of Agincourt(?) "and hold their manhoods cheap whilst any speaks, that fought with us upon St. Crispin's day!"
Epic Shakspere!

A few of my favourites,

The Black Pearl attacking Port Royal in Pirates Of The Caribbean.
The bank robbery scene from The Dark Knight.
The nightclub scene from Terminator.
The opening chase in Mad Max (Aussie version not the dubbed Yank one).
Using the train to get the time machine upto speed in Back To The Future 3.
