Corny, st stunts, poor fight scenes, exploding car crashes, terrible everything.

Surely it was even too crap for Seagal or Van Damme to star in.

I am thinking maybe you don't remember the Van eDamme movies too well. Cheese of epic proportions.

The first one is good, it gets quite silly in the sequels though.

Ah yes, parachuting onto a lorry full of Asians after swimming away from your RPG'd house was realistic in the first one hehe

I agree though, 1 was fun, 2 was poor and 3 had a tidy red head in it and that's all that matters.

Is it the second one where there's a bomb under the floor of his Audi so he drives to a construction site and jumps the car so that it's upside down and the crane knocks the bomb off? Turning the right way up to land back on the wheels, of course hehe

Jason Statham is cornering the market on silly action films these days.

It's not supposed to be realistic - it's just a bit of fun, and doesn't take itself too seriously, which is rare in Hollywood. I liked the fight scene at the bus depot in the first film, it was very well done.

cant everyone do that?

quite often i get a bomb under the car and if theres a crane nearby its the simple option.

I'm with you - I find them fun. If you want bad action movies, there's a never ending supply to choose from - Segal and van Damme corner the market in the unbelievable- especially the former. At least Statham looks the part.

I think one of the big issues with the third one is that they sped the car footage up.
So a big sweeping power slide when pulling off looks like something out of Herbie goes bannans.

Oh and dubbing over the V12 in the first film for some crappy 4 pot.

I have to take issue with this; Seagal may well be unbelieveable, but Van Damme can walk the walk, way more than Statham ever could. Statham is an actor that's done some fight-training, JCVD is a fighter through and through. Him and his brother were both utterly nails in real-life.

It's a brain out action film.

Great for relaxing and enjoying and even the ladies will watch it as they can froth over Jason.

Everyone's a winner, just don't take it an more seriously than you would a Disney and you'll be fine.

His most believeable work has been saved for Coors lite however
Seagal now cultivats fat and the weirdest hairline, whilst Statham won't give up on breaking into the big time...the Bank Job nearly did it too, IMO.

Transporter is nowhere near the worst action movie, it's daft and had LOTS of action in it.

I agree with the above. Its not supposed to be realistic or beleivable. Its 90minutes of brain off action/cheese fest!

Worst action film ever? Clearly not as You have heard of it, probably 1000 b movies which are alot worse. It's just good fun with nice cars and hot girls.

Anything involving Luc Besson is ok in my book.

Yes they're cheesy, but they're meant to be! Brain out action flicks. Expect more than that and you'll be disapointed.

Lordy, there is no way the Transporter is the worst action film. There are thousands of movies well ahead of it in the "bad movie" rankings.

I'm afraid that the title worst film ever is reserved for Skyline, very bad on epic proportions
