Can anyone identify this handsome creature and the film it is from?

A friend of mine looks exactly like this and I need to know it's name for obvious reasons!

Many thanks in advance.

House stars William Katt (The Greatest American Hero) as Roger Cobb, a writer who inherits a haunted house from his dead aunt. He stays there hoping for some peace and quiet to write his book but his nosey neighbor (George Wendt from Cheers) just won’t leave him alone.

Roger, however, has bigger troubles – He starts to see things, such as gooey, dripping monsters in his closet and bathroom. His ex-wife comes to visit and mutates into a hideous purple beast. Soon other ghosts and monsters are popping up, and Roger is forced to deal with the house’s evil demons. He finds out the ghosts that haunt the building have kidnapped his son, and Roger must now battle his past to get back his life, his son and his sanity

That trailer is so awesomely terrible/great that this could be worth a download - I've had enough of new films with no character, we watched Twins during a hangover recovery at the weekend and really enjoyed it, films from the 80/ early 90's have a great cheesyness that you just don't get nowadays. So bad that they go full circle to good again, whereas modern films are either epic or pants.
