Name that advert

The ex and I were trying to remember a particular advert this morning, after she came out with the "punchline" from it.
The scene was a family sitting around the dinner table. Embarrassing Gran says (in response to something the boy says to his Dad) "E's not your Dad, we never knew who your Dad was..."
Gran is then ushered out of the room.
We think is was an advert for gravy or similar. Maybe. But a search of YouTube drew a blank.
Does that ring any bells with anyone?
