I tend to record shedloads of stuff each week from Film4/Discovery etc. and always delete stuff as soon as I've watched it as it terrifies me if I go under 80% of available space. hehe

But there are only a couple of things that I just keep and can go back to whenever I'm in the mood, and they never bore me:

The Stones in the Park, recorded in 1969 and still sounds brilliant and great to see the crowd at this one too.

All of the Victory by Design series (Never got to see the Porsche episode though frown) Can switch any of these on and drift into the shapes and noise of wonderful race cars from days gone by.

So what have you kept that you can always go back to?

5. Sex & Drugs & Rock and Roll (Film about Ian Dury)
6. Documentary about Alex Higgins

8. Entire second series of Burnistoun.

I don't 'keep' anything - once I watch a programme, it gets deleted.

However, I have a load of movies and a couple of series' that I just can't seem to find the time to watch.

I'm constantly having to juggle stuff around and am actively having to manage the remaining 10% capacity in order to record my weekly shows.

Not good.

Mine is the same. Full of Mrs Bluebus's things, and endless reams of Jake & The Neverland Pirates and Handy Manny.

Some evenings I sit down for a bit of a catch up and whine to myself - "why are there none of my things?"

I did have some things kept once, the whole trilogy of Death Note films.

But then the plus box had an eppy and formatted itself.

Record many things over a week, but if it's on there unwatched after 2 weeks, unless a series, it gets wiped. At the moment all that's on there is 2 eps of Game of Thrones and a few things from the weekend.

Loads of kids programmes for the little 'un.

The Mrs also seems to have weird 'thing' about keeping the percentage free as high as possible.

Same here, as well as a few episodes of Glee which Mrs Pints hasn't yet watched.

Oh, and Layer Cake.

Nothing. Once i watch something it gets deleted.

If there's something i like so much that i want to keep it, i'll buy the BluRay / DVD.
