Can't find anything about this on PH... search engine gone dead on me... but tonight at 9pm on BBC4 the golden era of BSC... the programme is called Timeshift...

I thought of posting in the TV area but it might be missed in there, so I've put it here and if moved at least it's had an airing in the big hit area of the site... so happy if moved, cheeky I know!

One of the interviewees is a PHer - random fact ahoy - cos he's the one that told me to watch it.

It was more about mainstream 50s and 60s stuff. Or, alternatively, no.

I was going to retort something along the lines of "No, it was about the Golden Era ..."
but prefer to avoid the lynching .. boxedin

I didn't notice any reference to Lotus, either. Must have been sponsored by the Brum and Cov Appreciation Soc.

Just watched it on the iPlayer, good little program, though would have been nice if it had diversified a bit on to lesser known cars.

Oh yeah, and cheers Gene for posting up the link! thumbup

Not bad - a little short on detail and failed to mention quite a few manufacturers - some of who still exist.
