Was in Whitehall late last night and see they were filming F&F6. No fan of the series ( never even seen one ) but did see they had a silver Jensen Interceptor and Plymouth Superbird parked up in a side street with all the camera cars. That's all really, just in case you are a fan of the films ..

I'd suggest a nova (vauxhall not chevy) for the seasoned and wise old vin diesel style tuning pro type character - funny I would have thought a retail park in Slough would be a more suitable and realistic location than London?

A friend of mine is the assistant director for this latest film and apparently it's going to be better than the other films...? Who knows!

They got ahold of a load of BMW 545s and 550s and have had them converted to look like M5s for various scenes where I presume they are going to get written off or smashed up.

As the poster above mentioned, they are in fact filming in Liverpool city centre this evening. Looks to be some action footage, judging by the production SFX truck being there as well as a couple of high-speed camera cars (Cayenne with roof-mounted camera boom & Nissan 370Z with external cage).

The 'on-screen' cars I could see appear to be a maroon Dodge Charger Daytona, a silver Jensen Interceptor with black racing stripes, plus a generic Met Police Astra.

It won't be a Jensen Interceptor Chief, surely.

Hardly an achievement, handing me a cyanide pill with my cinema ticket would make it better than the other films...

I must confess, I did initially second-guess myself, but was definitely an Interceptor. The first 15 seconds of this clip shows the two cars I spotted this afternoon (or are copies). No sign of the Spyker, though.

When they had 'M5's up here in Glasgow they used 3 series for some bizarre reason :S

That's not actually saying much though, is it?
