Sky email address?

I'm having a bit of an issue with Sky customer services being a bunch of idiots, promising one thing and then denying it at a later date. I would like to escalate this matter and am looking for an email address of somebody important/employee with a brain there that knows how to read and do the right thing?

All I want is for them to apply the credits they offered me!..argh

Failing that can you recommend a good TV/Telephone/Internet package?
