Anyone watching this series?

Episode 2 last night and its not all bad.

Anyway... Does anyone see any basis for the Trevor Eve character being Sir Alan Sugar? The similarities are there.

I am enjoying this.

It will be interesting to see how the characters fit in with what happened to Jimmy.

We are enjoying this too - so much better than BBC's dismal From Darkness.

Had this sitting on the Sky box for a few weeks, but blitzed it this week to get up to date. So far so good...

Been enjoying this too. Good plot with plenty of potential suspects and red herrings, and some good acting. Tom Courtney and Trevor Eve are great.

Good twist at the end, although why are so many TV series left leaving the viewer guessing?

They said there will be another series, but do you think the story is going to continue somehow?

Really enjoyed that, great cast also.
Would think the next series shall be a new case.

I liked the ending (mostly) - a lot of redemption going on. Sons #1 though at the end was being an evil fker

Do you mean three, it started on the 15th... if you really mean two then you'll need to wizz through those while they are still available.

yeah, wife and I enjoyed the first two series of this, and now have series 3 to look forward to. You know it isn't going to be who you think it is in the early episodes, but they make it work well

Just finished season 3. What an evil sodding controlling bd, clearly enjoying his revelations. Touch of Ian Brady perhaps in the release of information?

I was fully expecting it to have been a hit & run followed by a cover up by all parties. Hadn't expected that at all!

Great season. Hope it wasn't the last one.

Tbh I hadn't discounted the retired DCI from the earlier investigation, blaming the poor enquiry on his conveniently deceased boss. Still Cassie looks to have got his particulars down. Good to see unsung worker bee Fran getting stuck in down the line.

What's the betting season 4 is led by Sunny, with Fran as sidekick. Could we take anymore of Nicola Walker's halting delivery of her lines. Good acting all round though.

Anyone watched River, also with Nicola Walker? Any good?

Enjoyed the series but final episode was marred for me by Walkers delivery as you said. Cassie appeared to be suffering from emotional stress with it all and should really have been taken off the investigation of course, police are supposed to be big on “well-being” at the moment.

Course that would have spoiled the show! Anyway, watching series 1 then 2 on Netflix, I’m a late comer to the Unforgotten party but enjoyed it.
