New series Chasing Classic Cars...on Quest now

I've given up watching CCC as its entries in the EPG and online listings never tell you which series it is so it was too much effort to track down the newest seasons from the hundreds of repeats.

Last episode I saw was their London-to-Brighton run which had the amusing shot of Wayne (the world's shortest man) talking to Edd China (the world's tallest man).

Since I recently switched from Virgin to Sky I've lost track of where we were

I have watched a couple and guess they are old judging by the Ferrari prices.

A mint 246 Dino sold last night for $190k and a Daytona for $400k

According to Wikipedia the most recent season was number 11 which aired upto May 2017 (I assume in America).

No idea if/when it was on in the UK due to the issues mentioned above.

There's a new season been airing in the US over the past couple of months. 45min episodes. No idea when it will be on Brit telly.

The original cameraman/producer Jim Astrausky has passed away, so the emphasis has changed a little. There's more talking heads from the guys working at F40 Motorsports (no way near enough Roger), which is a little odd as the previous seasons have been a bit of a one man show.

Apologies for dredging up an old thread, does anyone know where the latest series / seasons are available in the UK of CCC?

I can see 1-9 on Discovery Plus, and 10-13 on Apple Plus. Anyone seen 14-16 anywhere?

Quest are only just now premiering s11, although it's listed as s9 in my EPG, it's s11 from 2017 according to wiki.

Quest are one of the Discovery channels, so their programmes appear on the Discovery Plus player

Clearly not all programmes as the poster above says series 11 is on now

I was only going by what’s listed, I didn’t check if 9 was actually 11... which is on Apple anyway, or may not be if their series numbers are screwed too!

This is where I got 11 from as being the latest on Quest. The episode titles match with the current 'latest'. Sky and Freeview EPGs both have it as 9.

The 10 episodes of S15 were broadcast in September 2020 (on Discovery Turbo IIRC), and, according to Virgin, S16 - TVR Grffith in E1 - was a 5 episode series shown in November, but my series link seems to have missed it.

For a man who really really really is living the dream - he comes across as a miserable bd.

However, as it's telly, he probably doesn't even exist.

I like that about him though. Not putting on an over the top persona just for tv. If you see the odd bits with his daughters, he does seem genuinely happy. Seems to do a bit for charity too.

Just looked on Apple Plus (UK) and cannot find any Chasing Classic Cars using the search function!
