He seems an obvious choice to me. No more unusual than the thought of Chris Tarrant before he made it his own or Bruce Forsyth in that dancing thing.

That's where I read it but didn't want to link it - it seems only a few news outlets have picked the story and it originating in The Sun. I'll wait till it's confirmed by the esteemed pros over at the Daily Mail...they're probably still trying to work out how much his house is worth.
