Haven't watched it through yet, but I am a fan of a good crash investigation.

The answer will be neither, humans are (barring a few eidetic savants) demonstrably incapable of remembering a situation clearly with any level of reliable accuracy.

They are even worse at separating true from false memories.

Wasn't expecting much from this but it became quite gripping part way through.

Yeah, I thought the sentence for the one that wasn't driving at the time was excessive considering lots of other drivers get away with mowing down pedestrians and cyclists with just a suspended sentence or a couple of years behind bars.

I’ve just watched this on Netflix (only took 6 years for the recommendation)

I suppose it’s a must watch for any Boy Racer, to show them what the consequences can be when you drive like a dick… Killed his mate and both suspects in prison.

But I’m surprised how weak the evidence was to prove who was driving, the seat belt melted plastic thing doesn’t prove beyond doubt who was driving then and not previously. In my opinion, if he didn’t admit it, they couldn’t prove beyond doubt who was definitely driving.

I wasn’t the only person on here to notice the car in the documentary had French plates. Interesting that there was a Royal Navy mast in the background, I think it’s from their training school.
