Did anyone see this lastnight, after GBBO? It's a cross between a chef cookery contest and Inside The Factory, lastnight was KitKat. 2 chefs had to make a replica of a KitKat bar in 3 weeks, occasionally checked in on by Fred Sirieix the French restaurant guy from First Dates. Then they had to make their bars on the day at the factory, judged by KitKat senior staff. Meanwhile a comedian I didn't know had a tour of the factory and was told things she would know already if she had watched Inside The Factory.

Did it have over dramatic voice over? Of course it did. Did either of the chef's make a perfect KitKat? Of course they didn't . Next week: Monster Munch.

A rip off of Bon Appetite's (Youtube Channel) "Pastry Chef Attempts to Make" videos which are excellent and no voice over or over dramatics. Very funny when it goes wrong

I quite enjoyed it, Imagine doing all that research, paying for molds and perfecting it only to change your recipe on the day. .......I'm sure the comedy woman was that fat annoying woman from the"are you going to bingo " adverts.

I started watching it, but had to turn it off when that godawful woman came on - I think she's the one from those annoying "are you gonna bingo?" ads.

Yep, she is.

Was a good watch, the french chap is very enthusiastic to the point of being on coke. Not sure about his pronounciation of wafer though.

Yes . But it was sort of like the equipment in the factory to put the flavouring powder on the crisps.
