Is that you, Bernie?

There’s absolutely no way this will be a warts and all film, Spanky will have added plenty of spin and BS to make him look less of a s
t that he really is. Unexpected Item In The Bagging Area said:

Is this going to be like the FIFA film United Passions funded by FIFA?
Or will it be more like Father Ted's film about the Chinese with every 5th frame being a flash card saying "Max Mosely is a nice guy and certainly not a fascist deviant" to implant into the viewers subconscious.
Its funny, I really don't cre about his sexual preferences. If he wants consenting adults to whip him whilst dressed in military garb (there was no proof of Nazi connotations) that's up to him. There was never any impropriety that the ladies were there against their will.Or will it be more like Father Ted's film about the Chinese with every 5th frame being a flash card saying "Max Mosely is a nice guy and certainly not a fascist deviant" to implant into the viewers subconscious.
He clearly had it in for Ron Dennis. I think he hoped the £100M would if not kill McLaren, kick Dennis out of the sport forever. I suspect had RD left McLaren the fine would have been cancelled. But RD wasn't about to concede.
And he cant be held responsible for his parents views really.
But aside from those 2 more interesting things.
What has he done that deserves such ire? Drove forward F1 safety. Sued Google and won for breach of his privacy. Was a proponent of clipping our Press for its intrusion.

He does like to claim practically sole ownership of the whole sport safety and road safety thing to the point he had you believe it wouldn't have happened without him. This is far from true.
I loath the man because he was a narcissistic creep who sought, and abused power.
As for press freedom - press gagging is allways top of the want list for every power mad dictatorial type. Free press for all their faults are a power check on the elite. Make me 2 lists, countries with free press, and countries without.

Regarding the dungeon incidents: he was, by his own admission, doing something that, if his family found out, it would devastate them. In other words, a man who, to an extent, was running a very rich sport was leaving himself open to blackmail. Whether he would have given into it is entirely irrelevant. However, a person in senior management of an international company that depends on image would have been required to resign or be sacked. He clearly had it in for Ron Dennis. The enquiry into McLaren produced no evidence of any use of information from Ferrari. Mosley admitted that Dennis had not idea of what was going on. The investigation into McLaren was incredibly thorough yet only found similarities between the braking system of the two cars but there was history of development on McL’s side. Further, Mosley was both the prosecutor of McL and the judge. That stinks.
Read McL's rejection of Mosley's report. It's about as thorough as McL, or rather their lawyers, could go. If they'd given their real conclusions, Mosley had threatened that McL would be excluded from F1. That, to me, is not the way to run F1.
As for not being held responsible for his parent’s views, remember that he put himself forward as an MP for the Union Movement, the post-war reincarnation of the British Union of Fascists, which had even more extreme views. See also what he was carrying in the van he was driving to a peaceful ultra-right-wing demonstration. His half-brothers condemned their father’s beliefs and actions. We await Max’s response still.
Remember that under his control, two drivers died at one race. The plans that he put in place post Imola had already been put forward, hence they could be implemented very quickly.
He also threatened to sue Brundell, one of the most respected of commentators of F1. There was an outcry and nothing came of it, but I think it likely that there was no intention of going to court. It seemed to anyone who commented on it that it was fair comment. The court action might have been a threat to others who wanted to criticise him that they could be financially broken, and have their livelihood taken away, at his whim.
As for suing Google over their search engine, what he seems to want is to transform history. That’s the remit of history academics. He wants his past actions deleted. And here we have one of the elite telling us he doesn’t want the hoi polio knowing what rich people do, or saying nasty things about them.
You may have guessed that I retain a lot of ire for the bloke who did nothing to further F1.
There’s more, much more, including Ferrari's dominance of the organisation of the sport as well as the nadir of Indianapolis, but, unfortunately, it’s difficult to discover references of it on the net. I wonder why.

True. I understand that the Max Moseleys lawyers proved in court that there was no Nazi link.Still, it is a bit odd that out of all the languages in the world, they decided upon German, and "Aryan Race" is a phrase one would tend to avoid!!
Also a bit odd that one of the women turned out to married to an MI5 officer.

I daresay this is the real root of his dislike of Mosely
