Any one having trouble with the ITV app

A couple of weeks ago we had to sign in to access the ITV app on the TV, since then it has become almost unusable, every time it gets to the adds it buffers until we have to restart the program after its done this a few times the program will play fine until the next set of adds. its become a major pain and the average 1 hour program takes at least 1h30 mins to watch. tonight was the final straw when it buffered and buffered and eventually took us to the end of the program and froze.

Any ideas / tips to get it to work.
bbc amazon netflix etc are fine

I gave up with it because of this exact thing. I think it was designed and coded by a moron
