Films still in the cinema being moved to streaming
Discussion
It's a new thing for the very latest films that would still be in the cinema, but when films do move to rental, they are usually £3.49 to £4.99, depending. Making it triple the price just because the film has moved to the home rental market a month or so earlier is taking the pee in my book.
I would be quite happy if that was an OWN IT price.

For that price I'd expect them to provide the full cinema experience of covering your floor with an unknown sticky substance, make you watch 30 minutes of adverts and hire a teenager to sit in from of you and talk to their mates for the duration.
This.....plus a complementary dose of coronavirus from the infected bloke two rows back coughing his lungs up.Camelot1971 said:
I saw that due to CV some streaming services are now showing films that are still in the cinema. However, the price for renting is just rediculous!
Chili want £15.99 to RENT Invisible Man! They can FRO.
Good ol' movie industry, ripping people off whenever they can.
Yes because the people from the tea boy to directors who have worked for years making a film, have done it free of charge.Chili want £15.99 to RENT Invisible Man! They can FRO.

Also £15.99 is for a household to watch it, go to the cinema and it will be PER PERSON.
The Lovebirds, a Kumail Nanjiani rom com movie due for cinemas in April, is going to Netflix instead. https://www.engadget.com/2020/03/22/paramount-the-...
