I'm about an hour and a half in front of you, and it gets a lot madder.

Now I'm going to stop reading this thread in case I get smacked with a spoiler.

Finished this yesterday .
Completely mad story ,every single person that’s involved seems to be mad or has some sort of conviction . Very Interesting though.

Is it me or does $5000 seem a very fair price for a tiger cub?

Given what people can charge for a pedigree dog.

I’d be quite keen if tiger cubs didn’t have a regrettable habit of turning into tigers.

It says a lot when the most normal and down to earth guy is the one whose life the character of Tony Montana was based on.

I was tempted to have a look at this. It's been made by the guy who did the documentary on the Fyre Festival - which was quite good.

I have to say, all the participants in this documentary look certifiable.

I recommend once you have watched the documentry to listen to the joe exotic:tiger king podcast. Less shock and awe, but goes into more detail in certain areas compared to the netflix series. Also has extended interviews with some of the main people in the story.

The whole thing is totally loopy in a kind of 'it could only happen in the Deep South USA' kind of way.

A cast of total lunatics from top to bottom.

Excellent viewing.

I loved it. It was utterly bonkers in a way that you'd never get away with in fiction!

So... did Carol Baskin kill her husband or not!? It didn't feel totally unlikely did it!

I wouldn't take a stroll around her enclosures with her on her own, put it like that...

I found the women controlling Dr Bhagavan Antle for more frightening than Joe Exotic , Joe was just a dumb Hillbilly but the Dr was sinister .

Finished this yesterday and what a mental series full of, without exception, absolute mentalists.

Looked as though there was a whole lot more to the story too.
