Just watched an old episode of Top Gear where James May drives a Singer Porsche, and I'm trying to find a similar colour vinyl wrap. In the video, it looks a light grey with a slight greeny, beigey hue when the light hits it. Looks great with the orange trim

The car in question:

Anyone have any idea what colour this is? Or at least give me a clue on what I could search for?

Given how customised the rest of the car is, I’d imagine finding a colour reference for it might be nigh on impossible.
Are you wanting the colour to do a full colour change wrap on a car?
We use hexis, 3m and arlon vinyl at work; I can’t remember seeing anything similar to that. Orafol don’t really publish a swatch set, instead they expect you to buy the swatch book.
Depending on what you’re using it for, you could have the colour printed on printable wrap vinyl and then laminated.

I believe it’s an Austin Allegro colour.

yes

Some googling says...

1958 Porsche Stone Grey

https://www.evo.co.uk/porsche/911/13077/porsche-91...

It was a colour on the 356.

Stone Grey on the 911 Carrera was a completely different colour.
