Anyone watching?

Have a horrible feeling this is going to be like the first episode of HIGNFY.

Saw who the three main presenters were: immediately switched over.

My wife is a huge fan of The Vicar of Dibley, so we’re watching it for the reboot. That said, I reckon it’s going to be a painful wait. Good cause n’ all, but the ‘entertainment’ might be lacking ...

Started watching, lasted 10 minutes.

They are showing stories of people suffering.

I know that's what it is all about, but I can't see anymore depressing TV at the moment, the whole world is nothing but misery in the media and the thought of many short films with tinkling mood piano played over the top is not my idea of a good night of entertainment.

Why can’t we just have an evening of uplifting entertainment rather than guilt tripping us in to giving money.

I know it’s all for a good cause and worthy, but I’d rather stick pins in my eyes than watch. Tedious.

Absolutely this. I turned off after about the same time.

I am depressed enough without having it increased like this.

Sorry. frown

I think its very cheeky when many are receiving financial support or have worries over their livelihoods or businesses to come out with the sodding begging bowls.

Ditto to most of the above. Generally don’t watch this sort of show and this is shocking. A procession of millionaires telling me to give my money. I think it’s poor taste and bad timing. I suspect they know it too by putting to annual begs together.

Turning off.....now.

Gives something for the public sector workers to do with their money.

Soon as I saw LH I switched off. He hasn’t been funny since his Tiswas days.

I didn't even get as far as switching my TV on, fair play to you for getting that far in! hehe

Lenny Henry is an over-rated, unfunny, buffoon who trades these days on how he was slightly funny 30 years ago. Having him beg me for money is not my idea of a big night in.
