Agree on the cork screw jump, used an early computer from memory for this to calculate the path the car would take.

I think the jet through the hangar was miniatures and props on a rig.

The spy who loved me parachute scene. Not the most expensive, out there or flashy....Just beautifully done.

This, I remember watching a documentary about the guy who actually did it. One of the most amazing stunts ever, and it was real.

It's not really a stunt, its a special effect. The jet is full size, but it's mounted on a dolly/vehicle of some sort, being driven through the hanger. If you play the scene step by step you can see the mount - essentially a pole or something - under the plane.

In fact, you can see it clearly if you watch the clip on youtube and use a playback speed of 0.25.

You don't really need to slow it down the pole is quite visible even in the film at usual speed.

The best we would all like to try, the corkscrew car jump.

The best we probably wouldn't want to try. In Live & Let Die, running across the backs of live Alligators. At the time I thought they were fakes but they were all real, the owner of the Crocodile farm did the stunt and these are the out-takes - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bb1c1aMcFAo

An old Jag was used as the platform.

Nah, that barrel roll wasn't particularly great and if I remember rightly you could see the post used to begin the barrel tlroll hanging out the bottom of the car.

Not so much a “stunt” as a special effect.
Granted it’s a grey area but for me a stunt is one where, through a degree of physical skill, the character comes out largely intact.
The Aston rollover was simply a staged crash.

The corkscrew bridge jump is superb but eternally damned because some bellend thought it would be a great idea to add a swanee whistle sound effect over it.
