My gob is well and truly smacked, but I suppose I shouldn’t be surprised...

I went there once, about twenty years ago, on business.

Nothing in this programme makes me want to go back. I have no interest in looking at any of these people, and I would hate people to think that's why I was there.

Yes, was a good watch that, despite the usual vacuous brigade.

The Royal family car collection is worth seeing. Seem to remember it included a rose coloured gullwing and a Facel II.
I spent €5 on a sandwich and sat on a bus to see the F1 route - then got out of there pretty fast.

When I was there I walked up to the Monte Carlo casino and looked at the food menu, saw that the only thing I could afford was a basket of chips for £10, then turned and walked away, which is precisely what they wanted me to do. Imagine being filthy rich having lunch in there, and then someone like me walks in.

Dreadful editing, no inside in that episode to the location, logistics and lifestyle of those who live and work there. Powder puff TV. Just really lightweight production values too and no appreciation for the weirdness of Monaco in 21st Century Europe. No Russians yet either or hookers!!

Walked up the hill to the square, drooled at the cars parked in front of the hotel, some sights there, I fancy going back.

i liked the Princes boardroom with the files stuffed around like a normal house, which is was really. Also keeping the room as his late mum left it was interesting insight, Grace Kelly really sounded like a great lady.

Somerset Maugham's immortal quote rang true - " A sunny place for shady people .."

I thought Prince Albert and Charlene (swimmers' shoulders or what ?) came over as decent enough but God above , the hotel and palace decorations made Michael Jackson's ...err.. flamboyant taste in interior design look a bit restrained .

We had booked the Monaco Classique last month so we could have experienced the joys of the reassuringly priced croque monsieur all for ourselves .

I have absolutely no idea who any of the influencers were, nor the criteria for winning nor , truth be told , very much about what they actually do , - but crikey , you don't see folk dressed like them in Thirsk , not even on market days

I haven’t watched the programme yet but have it recorded to watch later.

Mrs BC and I have stayed In Monaco many times. The bars & restaurants are fantastic and it’s a great place for people & car watching. Once we saw 2 James Bonds Sean Connery and Roger Moore on the same day.

We also by sheer luck got to the launch of the Bugatti Veyron. We were just walking through Casino Square and saw all these rather interesting but unfamiliar cars. They invited in, gave us champagne and canapés and we got to sit in and view the cars. Unfortunately no test drives though. Still I can say I was there at the launch.
