In the original Star Trek in series 3 episode 5 the character played by Diane Muldaur is saying goodbye to Spock, she (or he) does the standard Live Long and prosper salutation

He ( or she) replies with a variation of it

Does anyone know what it is?

Don't know, but it's a Jewish blessing originally that Nimoy borrowed for the character of Spock. He said he saw it as a kid at an orthodox synagogue in his native Boston.

She says “peace and long life, Spock”. He replies with the usual “live long and prosper”.

It’s on Netflix, so I looked it up - I’m not that much of a nerd. 1 minute 45 seconds from the end, should you feel compelled to see it for yourself!
