Tough one, I think Aliens is the best film, but Terminator is Arnie at his best, with actually a good story. Then Die Hard is quite fun, with as previously noted Alan RIckman.

For me, although I love Die Hard, Aliens is the only one that stands the test of time and I’d watch over and over.
