How he comes up with great content all the time beats me - he’s lucky to have the WeeZard as well.

His DeLorean video is great entertainment.

Although it's American, the videos have a very British feel. Lot's of self deprecation, always saying how he's dropped another clanger or made another terrible error of judgement.
The Lambo gearbox replacement was also very funny.

Wizard: It's going to cost you $5K....
Hoovie: OK, that's not so bad
Wizard: ....per cog, and it's a 9 speed auto.
Hoovie: (falls backwards off chair)

Love his stuff, been watching for a couple of years. He is very self effacing and genuine. I watch more YT than actual TV these days.

He goes out of his way to find the cheapest fancy car he can.

He then goes out of his way to make sure it's a basket case.

He then proclaims how much of a stupid idea it was and gives it to a professional to fix.

Rinse repeat.

Another vote for Hoovie, I remember the cheapest Phantom that he purchased. Epically expensive.

One of my favourite channels.

When he blew up the Prius with NOS that was genuinely hilarious.

Think he's around 32 as well, not jealous at all rotate

But after he'd fixed the windows and wheels/tyres it was almost totally reliable. I think he sold it in the end because it was too reliable and wasn't generating content.

Great car and he didn't even lose much on it.

The day van thing he bought recently is lovely.

I like the video he did when he bought cheap cars from people then told them to keep the car as well as the cash.

I just watched the Rolls Royce update where he went to get a WBAC type price for it. It was $53k and at that stage it owed him over $100k. What did it sell for in the end? We may have differing ideas on what is not very much to lose.

It was one of the first cars through Doug Demuro's Cars and bids site to promote it. It was then put up for sale by the new owner which looks like it may have been a dealer.

Those two Lamborghini look to be pretty mint. Dont think he'll find many things wrong with them.

Cutting a chunk of the centre of the tub out of his lambo to replace a broken sensor on the gearbox was mental.

As was putting the fluids into the wrong parts of the gearbox on his Merc. laugh

Bunch of idiots. biggrin

I've been watching him for a while now, I enjoy the content. The Lambo's he has just bought look lovely im not sure he will keep them long based in his previous car ownership.

The car trek series he does with Tavarish and the other guy from VinWiki whose name escapes me st the moment are pretty good value too.

Hoovies is great, but his self criticism is a bit OTT, especially considering the whole point of the channel is to buy duds.

Love Hoovie, watch all his vids. He seems to be quite well off anyway, aside from all of the YouTube revenue, he has an interest in a burger chain, etc. He seems have come from money of some kind. Great vids nonetheless.

I do wonder if the Car Wizard is as good as he says he is though. He always seems to speak with a thin veneer of arrogance.

I still cannot believe they cut the tub on the Murcielago to get to the sensor.

I can't believe they showed it on YT, I'd have done that job off camera and nobody would have known anything hehe

The Car Wizard seems pretty handy to be fair and has a lot of knowledge, his spin off channel is a bit boring though and his wife is cringeworthy.
