Life of a Mountain, A Year On Helvellyn

This is currently on iplayer. I watched it the other night.

I enjoyed it.

There is some really good photography and there are some interesting interviewees. Oddly, there is no mention of anywhere on the western or Southern sides of the mountain.

The TV edit, at 90mins, is probably just the right length. The original version is 150mins and apparently drags on a little.

Not seen this, whereabouts are they staying? There are a cpl of building/lodges halfway up from Glenridding village, you stay there, exit left and go around Red tarn to the top.
