Locations used in Howards Way & Ain't Misbehavin'.

I know these are both very old TV series (1985 and 1994) but can anyone tell where the following houses are located:

1. The house owned by the Howard family.

2. The house owned by Gerald and Polly Urquhart.

3. The house owned by Dave and Sonia Drysdale.

The first two are probably near the river Hamble, and the third one will be in or near Harrogate.

Thank you. I have seen that website previously, but didn't find what I was looking for. I'll have a more careful look.
