I didn’t know they were making a new film either. I do hope it’s good, I love the story and Ben Mcintyre’s documentary is fantastic. Even the original film is good, albeit a bit dated in film production!!

I'm pretty sure there is a good documentary about this. It pops up reasonably regularly on Yesterday channel

The Man Who Never Was is a wonderful film, I don't think it needs a modern version (some actual era WW2 films do). I'll watch the new one to see if it does the old justice, and nitpick. biggrin
