Best way to stream US TV

Apologies if it’s been done, but a quick peruse didn’t show anything. What’s people’s best way to stream US TV? Particularly channels like CBS, NBC & Fox, mainly for the NFL. Would be nice if I could get local channels too so I could keep up with what’s going on in MA & VT. I’ve used kodi in the past but it’s sketchy at best.

We use Roku. Hook it through a VPN and configure it to use a US server.
Hopefully the moderators don't construe this as an ad, which is not the intent, but it's the VPN I use and they offer a free trial period. I'm sure you can find a similar service in the UK.
