New serial on Apple TV starring Tom Hiddleston and Claire Danes about myth, legend, palaeontology, love and other things, set in Victorian Essex.

From the article it sounds like it could have potential and I like the cast. Quite looking forward to this.

Just watched episode one.

Very polished, captures the atmosphere of the book perfectly.

I was going to let my Apple TV+ trial lapse but what with this and a new series of For All Mankind coming up I’ll keep it running for a while longer.

Watched the first three and have to say it's very good. Never read the book so entirely new to the story.

Filmed in my neck of the woods too (I watched some of it being filmed) and they've captured a lot of what makes the place special.
