I am rather enjoying this buy, renovate & sell type programme.
Simon O Brien ( Findfixflog), seems knowledgable & down to earth.
In a nutshell:
SOB offers three houses at a auction, with a limit on purchase
price & restoration cost.
In six months it has to be ready for resell / auction.
The pair... unknown to each other & varying degrees of skill then split the profit,
( Better than the George Clarke’s similar, but longer term effort).
