YouTube stops when opening another app

…at random, on iOS, which is annoying, but also when using a specific app (an app we use on the checkout in our shop)

All apps are updated, as is the iPad itself.

Any ideas on how to keep it playing while working in other apps?

ETA: it’s YouTube premium if that makes any difference?
