Podcast latest episodes not "there"

Hi all
last year about this time I signed up to Dimsdale.co.uk and was able to sign up to follow 'Im sorry I havent a clue'.
At that time they had 75 series there.
Ive just been on Dimsdale for a look and they now have up to series 77 there.
In my podcasts app on my iphone Ive got the "tick" selected for that show but the latest episodes arent there at all. Ive selected "all" "unplayed" and they aint there.
anyone know how to force it to get the latest shows without forgetting what Ive already listened to? Which I imagine an unfollow then follow again might well do?
