Just For Laughs early 90s - monologue/fruit smashing guy

After the death of Gallagher I've realised that the guy I saw in the early 90s on a Just For Laughs compilation TV show wasn't actually Gallagher. He came on stage in a business suit, did a monologue about the current state of the corporate world, while setting up a pedestal, placing a watermelon on it and revealing a big hammer. He then smashed up a load of fruit and veg to heavy metal music, presumably to depict the current state of the corporate world. He looked like an evil George Constanza.

Anyone else remember seeing this, and might know who he was? No trace on t'internet, as 'smash watermelon' just brings up Gallagher, who had a completely different style and delivery from what I've seen.
