Anyone listen to Sliced Bread? SB or BS?

Today they were discussing pain killers and their efficacy. If you have a headache,
paracetamol will give pain relief to about 30% of a control group
Ibuprofen about 50%
Aspirin about 20%.
Thing is, what I would like to know is. Is it the same people who get relief from pain each time?
i.e. is it the same people who can't get relief from any painkillers?
I think we should be told.
