Official Lionsgate Trailer

(For anyone interested, this movie was due to be released in 2022 but the studio, STX Entertainment, collapsed so it's been sat pending a new distributor and is now scheduled for release in March 2023 via Lionsgate/Miramax. Below is the first trailer when STX were going to release the movie).

Saw this in the cinema in the last week of January (it's been released in other markets). Didn't expect too much from the trailer but it's actually decently entertaining if you enjoy this flavour of humour. Not the best out there, but definitely an entertaining romp for a few hours.

Looks good but can't find a release date. Noticed that Hugh Grant sounds like his character in The Gentlemen.

Watched this last night, it's a forgetable 5/10 type of film. There's nothing suprising or orginal about it, it steals from Bond and Mission Impossible and plenty of others. There's none of the slick magic of The Gentle, Rocknroller etc.

The supporting cast are great, Hugh Grant playes a watered down version of the role he played in The Gentlemen and is the star of it, but 'The Stath' just playes 'The Stath'

And that is a bad thing how?
Nobody watches a Jason Statham film for him being anything other than…him.

Wonder how many films he's made where he hasn't punched someone?

I quite liked it for a bit of Sunday afternoon entertainment. I much prefer Hugh playing this type of character, or the one he played in The Gentleman to his usual lovey dovey bumbling fool. Aubrey is easy on the eyes as usual. biggrin

Enjoyed it, and it's free.
However it's the weakest of Guy Richies recent films.
No where near as good as the previous The Gentleman
