The star of The Wire, Fringe, John Wick and many other films and TV shows has died at the age of 60.

Yes, sad indeed. One of those actors that seems to have been in loads of stuff, that has mainly passed me by other than as Bosch's boss.

I hadn't made the Wire connection before because I've never watched The Wire, and didn't realise the John Wick connection probably because of his accent!

Either ways, a charismatic screen presence.

He was very good in Oz and has done well since, along with several other actors from it. I think there was going to be a John Wick spin off about his character, TV series I think.

There's been talk of a spin off about "The Continental" which I imagine he would have played a big part in.

A shame his last big TV role was in the awful Netflix Resident Evil show. A real waste of his talent.

He was fantastic in Destiny. I don't know how they'll replace him. He's been with us for ten years in the Light and Dark saga of Destiny 1 and 2, it's such a shame the arc will wrap up next year without him.

Sad to hear of this. He was great on the Wire. Also pretty funny in a short-lived sitcom called Corporate.
