Anybody know what happened to Freddy Flintoff?

Just wondering if anyone knows what has happened to Flintoff, obviously heard about the crash but little else in the media since and seems little info out there on the web. Assuming it must have been a pretty bad accident and maybe he is suing the bbc hence the relative media silence? Top Gear did seem to be getting a bit carried away at times throwing H&S to the wind (eg the autobahn speed test at night seemed high risk whatever you think of H&S gone mad etc).

Not in the know but its been reported he was driving an open top Morgan and wearing an open face crash helmet and the car rolled . He hasn't been pictured since without his face covered so it seems pretty clear how and what was injured

To quote a recent report in The Sun, the pictures show him with his lower face covered.

"Freddie suffered serious facial injuries and broken ribs on December 13.

He and a crew member were in a 130mph, open-top three-wheel Morgan Super 3 that flipped at Dunsfold Park Aerodrome, Surrey"
