‘80s black pickup truck from US TV show

There was a 80's US TV show on ITV at 6 on Saturday and the star of the show ( for me ) was a black pickup truck.
Can anyone name the show and truck ?
The pickup was possibly from Japan, a Toyota a SR5 but a different bed / back, had a roll bar with 4 x round KC lights, front roo bar with 2 x KC lights and SW winch, jacked up with chrome wheels.

Mmmm. Could be but I actually thought the main character was a stuntman ? and the Stuart Warner winch is missing, Bizarre how I remember something like a SW winch or KC lights when I can't remember what day of the week it is.

The Fall Guy - Lee Majors. It wasn't black though.

The one I remember had the SW winch, a "step side bed" and the support for the roll bar was more 45 degrees. Though it may have been a magazine feature which was loosely based on the Back to The Future pickup and Fall Guy.
