Interesting. It will fail to capture some, if not most, of the character of the games though. No mention of the planet name?
Casting seems okay, but I'm not sure if I can stand Kevin Hart screaming through it (as he seems to do a lot).
I like Jack Black, but it's a real shame they didn't use the original voice actor as Claptrap's voice is so iconic in the games (I'm just working through BL3 right now and was pleased he introduces you to the game).

Casting looks questionable, to say the least. Though they do seem to do a good job capturing the 'look' of the games with the set design.

Having never played the games I can only agree with this, it certainly looks right. As for the film the trailer did nothing to capture my interest.

Cate Blanchett does seem an odd choice but it's always been a fun game that doesn't take itself too seriously so I've got no problem with Kevin Hart or Jack Black playing big roles.
Certainly looks the part so I'll probably go and see it, it's not like video game adaptations have always been terrible...
