Just watched all 3 lectures on the bounce given by Chris Van Tulleken on food.

I know the main audience is young people but the delivery was superb and the message spot on.

We watch them every year, always interesting and thought he presented them well.

Always enjoyed the Christmas lectures
Watched this years with Chris and got my son to watch as he recognised Chris from Operation Ouch
Well done and well presented to keep kids engaged and hopefully get better appreciation of the food cycle and how food is created

I always make a point of watching them; always informative, interesting, and not just for kids. The strawberry ice cream experiment was particularly interesting, even though we already knew there is too much ultra processed food around.

I often think if I'd had science teachers similarly engaging, I might have found it more interesting - and performed better at it.
