Why can't I get Discovery+/TNT to play on my laptop?

I have a subscription, I can watch it on my TV through my Sky Q box, but when I try to log in/watch on my laptop, regardless of going to the TNT website, or the Discovery+ website, I end up with this message below. Any ideas?

Can you try Sky Go on your laptop instead and watch via TNT on that.

I remember setting Discovery up even on Sky Q was a PITA

Is it a Windows laptop? Just wondering about DRM/Widevine.

Dumb question maybe but wouldn't your subscription say / mention TNT Sports rather than just D+ if it included football?
