It's being rebooted again, this time with David Leitch and Cobra Kai people involved. It's in talks for now, but if anyone can reboot an 80's thing well, they can, (I liked the Fall Guy movie, haven't seen Cobra Kai so can't comment on that).

Glenn Powell is entirely possible for Michael Knight. (Running Man, and Hollywood's continuing quest to make Glenn Powell a thing )
Ian McShane as Devon, because John Wick, probably.
Alan Tudyk, probably the voice of KITT. Absolutely yes please, even if it is because of I Robot, Superman, Rogue One. If there's a robot/computer voice to be done, he's the guy.

The car. Tesla Roadster is probably a good shout but who knows. Maybe a Corvette. Anything with a front light bar that they can fit with red LEDs .
