Stars the lovely Laura Fraser and is set in Glasgow.

Looks as though it might be quite good

Watched the 2 on last night, can't really get on with it. It's trying way too hard.

As it's a BBC concoction and set in modern day Scotland, with a 93% white population. I play the game as to when the first Black character will hove into my 55 " Toshiba, a leisurely 2m 47s. top notch casting.

I've now watched the first couple of episodes and I can see exactly what you mean.
